Once you have placed your order we will pack it securely. 

We make every effort to deliver as soon as possible, once full payment has been received and cleared.  If the item is not in stock, we will email you.  You will then have the choice to either cancel your order or wait until it is available, the date of which we will keep you informed.

Once your order has been dispatched we will let you know.

UK & Ireland - Royal Mail or Courier £3.00

Europe & the Rest of the World - We deliver worldwide by airmail.  The following postage, packaging and insurance charge will be added to your order when you select one of the following countries.

Europe                    - £3.00 -  please allow 10 to 14 days

USA/Canada          - £3.00 - please allow 14 to 28 days

Rest of the World    - £3.00 - please allow 14 to 28 days

Overseas orders are placed at the customer's risk. Flash Kow will not accept responsibility for overseas orders lost in transit, or when the delivery is requested to a business address in the UK or abroad.  We do not deliver to PO Boxes.  Replacement of missing parcels is at the discretion of Flash Kow.
