We have tried to show the heel stoppers as clearly and as accurately as possible, so that 'what you see is what you get'.

When an order is placed with us we will confirm receipt and despatch, via your email - please make sure that the email address you give is correct, working and one that you check regularly, just in case there is a problem with your order!

All our products are subject to availability. All items shown exclude post and packaging, this is calculated and added on at the checkout.

Returns

We offer a 14 day returns policy on jewellery or heel stoppers purchased in any of the hotels or heel stoppers purchased on line .  Subject to items being unworn, in mint condition and in its original packaging, you will be offered a Credit note for the value of the goods.  This can be redeemed at any time over the following 3 months in any of the hotels or on line - just contact us.

When returning goods please include your name, address and order number.  Please send it back by recorded delivery, for your own proof of delivery as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.  The postage is not reimbursed. 

By placing an order, you agree to the terms above.  Your statutory rights are not affected.  If you place an order online in error or wish to add something to an order you have already placed, please email flashkow@btinternet.com quoting your order number from your confirmation email.
